Board of Directors
 Daniel “Wick” Williams – President -  A Kennett Square architect/ planner who has served on the London Grove Board of Supervisors and Planning Commissions. He is also Clerk of the Property Committee at Kendal and Crosland's Retirement Communities and raises chickens.

 

David Connors – Vice President- President of CKC Landscaping based in West Chester, PA.  He  resides in London Grove Twp with a  wife and two children. An avid gardener, Dave and his family enjoy spending time planning and working on their property.

Jenny Loustau – Secretary – An Interior Designer and property manager who has lived in the township since 1979 and raises bees, herbs and garlic to market.

Andrea Leathern – Treasurer – Andrea has over 10 years of experience in manufacturing accounting and is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in finance at West Chester University.  She enjoys kayaking, gardening, raising chickens, and she has completed the Chester County Master Composting program and takes pleasure in passing on her education and experience to others.

Chuck Rapone - Board Member - An environmental consultant, specializing in the remediation of hazardous sites. He has extensive experience with federal and state regulations governing cleanup actions. Chuck is a licensed boat captain and enjoys saltwater fishing.

Harold Woodward - Board Member – A Trust banker for 20 years at the Delaware Trust Co. before founding Colonial Farms Hydroponics where he marketed hydroponics lettuce and other vegetables  for over ten years. He is currently a realtor with Prudential Fox & Roach for 17 years and was a past chairman of London Grove Municipal Authority

 

 

Advisory Board Members

 

Bob Vanella - Advisory Board Member -

Bob is 59 years old. He has been married to his wife Carol for 38 fantastic years and they have three (3) grown sons and two (2) grandchildren; Emily and Ryan. Bob retired after thirty-seven years (37) years as a Business Manager at UPS. Bob served in both Operations and the Industrial Engineering Department at UPS. Public experience includes one (1) year served on the London Grove Township Board of Supervisors, four (4) years on the Planning Commission (presently Commission Chair) and is a present member of the Municipal Authority. Bob is an avid reader who also enjoys golf, walking, yard work,and his second home at the Jersey Shore. But none of this compares to time spent with his Grand-Children and his dog "Rodney"

Karen Deshullo -

 

Dr. Louis Kaplan Ph.D. - is a senior research scientist  leading the biogeochemistry group at the Stroud Water Research Center in Avondale, Pennsylvania.  Lou is also leading S.A.V.E., a non-profit improving safety and maximizing preservation in the Route 41 corridor.  He has also served two six year terms as a London Grove supervisor and has been involved with the development of the past two township comprehensive plans.

 

Dr. Denis Newbold Ph.D. - is a senior research  scientist  at Stroud Water Research Center specializing in the dynamics of ecosystems in  streams and rivers.  Denis has also served on Penn Township’s Planning Commission for years and has been active with  S.A.V.E.’s efforts to introduce traffic  calming  techniques  to the Route 41 corridor.
